Prime Client Services Associate

About the role

The Prime Client Services Associate will manage business operations for BitGo Prime’s digital‑asset trading and financing services. Working within the Prime team, you will support institutional clients, coordinate trade settlement workflows and help improve operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage trade and settlement workflows, including trade entry, asset transfers, reporting and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with the business team to maintain optimal funding across trading venues.
• Provide first‑line support for trading or financing operation enquiries.
• Lead process improvements, identify gaps and recommend automation.
• Support testing of enhancements to proprietary systems and produce regular reporting for stakeholders.
• Assist sales and client services in onboarding new counterparties and develop relationships with exchanges and liquidity providers.

Required profile

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Previous middle‑ or back‑office experience in financial‑services trading (stock loan, FX a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑moving start‑up environment.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Excel.
• Experience with Google Sheets.
• Exposure to macro programming (e.g., VBA).
