Principal HR Technology & AI Enablement Partner

About the role

Renesas Electronics is looking for a highly motivated HR AI and Digital Transformation Lead to act as the AI champion for its Global Human Resources function. The role drives AI adoption, automation and process innovation to simplify work, improve employee experience and increase productivity through generative AI, automation, analytics and modern HR technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HR AI and digital transformation roadmap.
• Identify and implement high-impact AI use cases across HR processes.
• Redesign and automate HR workflows, approvals, employee services and operational processes.
• Drive AI adoption, change management and capability building across HR teams.
• Lead AI pilots, proofs of concept and scaling of successful solutions.
• Partner with HR, IT and business leaders to improve productivity and employee experience.
• Establish AI governance, best practices and workforce upskilling programs.
• Measure business impact through analytics, productivity metrics and ROI tracking.

Required profile

• Background in HR transformation, HR technology, HR operations excellence or management consulting; or IT, data analytics, AI, digital transformation or technology consulting with HR-related project experience.
• Preferred: hands-on use of Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or similar AI tools.
• Ideal candidate: passionate about AI and emerging technologies, challenges the status quo, strong problem-solving, communication and influencing skills, comfortable across HR, IT and business functions, self-starter with a continuous learning mindset.

Required skills

• Preferred: HR process redesign, automation and digital transformation experience.
• Preferred: Workday, SuccessFactors, ATS or other HR technology platforms.
• Preferred: People analytics, Power BI, Tableau, SQL or Python.
• Preferred: change management and stakeholder engagement.
