Printing Production Supervisor – Manage Digital & Offset Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Printing Production Supervisor to lead our busy print shop. The role involves overseeing digital and offset printing operations, ensuring high‑quality output, safety and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily floor activities across digital printing, offset printing, pre‑press and finishing.
• Plan, schedule and coach production staff to meet targets.
• Manage job workflow from file receipt to final delivery, including outsourcing coordination.
• Conduct pre‑press checks using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat to guarantee print‑ready files.
• Monitor machine performance, perform basic maintenance and escalate technical issues.
• Enforce workplace safety, housekeeping and 5S standards.
• Track production metrics, material usage and waste reduction.
• Train junior operators on processes, quality and safety.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience managing a printing floor or production team.
• Strong knowledge of digital and offset printing, pre‑press and finishing.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat for file preparation.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to work on the production floor, including shifts or overtime.
