Private Wealth Manager - Global Private Investment

About the role

A global alternative investments platform with a strong presence across major financial centres is looking for a Private Wealth Manager in Singapore to help expand its business across Asia Pacific. Working closely with private banks and wealth managers, the role covers fundraising, client engagement and business development within the private wealth segment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with private banks and wealth managers across APAC
• Support fundraising initiatives and contribute to business development strategies
• Act as key contact for client onboarding, due diligence and investment enquiries
• Deliver market insights, fund updates and investment solutions tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with product, investment, legal and operations teams to ensure outstanding client service
• Monitor sales pipelines, identify growth opportunities and support targeted marketing campaigns
• Organise client events, roadshows and educational initiatives to drive engagement and brand awareness

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, capital formation or private wealth distribution
• Experience engaging with private banks or sophisticated investors
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, CPA or equivalent are advantageous

Required skills

• Exposure to alternative investments such as private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate or secondaries
• Understanding of private market fund structures and fundraising processes
• Stakeholder management, relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams
