Process Assurance Analyst

About the role

The Process Assurance Analyst will support Service Recovery, Change Management and Network Engineering units by analysing and improving existing processes. This 12‑month contract role focuses on risk, governance and contract management across GIPS units, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver process management and definition, identifying improvement opportunities for Service Recovery.
• Provide risk and governance support across Service Recovery, Change Management, and Network Engineering.
• Assist with contract management, reviewing IT schedules for subsidiaries and overseas branches.
• Control End‑User Computing (EUC) tools, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with governance processes.
• Maintain a repository of process manuals and guidelines, and conduct staff training to enforce established procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Banking/Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in process assurance, risk governance or related domains.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
