Process & Performance Manager (Logistics)

About the role

Satair is looking for a Process & Performance Manager for its Logistics & Repair organization, based in Satair. The role drives and improves performance across the warehouses in Singapore, Dubai and China, working within global end-to-end process governance and reporting to regional and global performance reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Drive performance management within global E2E process governance (for example order-to-invoice or inbound logistics) in line with the Global Operations & Performance Community
• Hold weekly and monthly performance and business reviews at regional and global level
• Analyse data to enable data-driven decisions and own, develop and maintain KPI dashboards in Palantir Foundry
• Lead improvement initiatives and root cause analysis with warehouse teams and other stakeholders
• Deploy LEAN / Airbus Operating System (AOS) initiatives such as value stream mapping and practical problem solving, and contribute to AOS maturity assessments
• Own operational KPIs such as inbound logistics OTD and ex-stock OTD

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain and logistics environment
• Knowledge of LEAN fundamentals, quality and performance management
• Knowledge of AOS and Six Sigma is advantageous
• Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment and to build long-term stakeholder relationships
