Process Support Engineer (New College Graduate)

About the role

As a Process Support Engineer (PSE) you will guide semiconductor equipment through its full lifecycle, from concept to qualification, providing on‑site customer support, system diagnostics, and service of complex tools. You will work closely with customers and R&D teams to develop cutting‑edge processes for advanced chip manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Follow training procedures to deliver high‑visibility on‑site installations, system diagnoses, and repair of complex semiconductor equipment.
• Collaborate with customers to develop leading‑edge processes for manufacturing advanced chips.
• Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOE), analyze data statistically, and compile reports with high‑level conclusions.
• Troubleshoot complex problems, perform root‑cause analyses, and resolve difficult process engineering and product issues.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to build relationships and achieve project goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics or a related field.
• Internship experience in semiconductor, electronics or manufacturing is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to convey technical information and build consensus.
• Willingness to work daily at customer sites and clean‑room environments.
