Process Technician – Shift Role

About the role

As a Process Technician you will work in a clean‑room environment supporting R&D and manufacturing of advanced semiconductor processes. You will prepare wafers, operate reactors for thin‑film deposition, and use scanning electron microscopes for analysis while ensuring data integrity and equipment reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare wafers and cross‑section samples for experiments and imaging.
• Operate reactors and other semiconductor processing equipment to perform thin‑film processes.
• Record process conditions, collect measurement data, and share results with engineers.
• Troubleshoot recipe and equipment issues, perform routine maintenance, and implement process changes.
• Collaborate with internal and external tool owners to schedule equipment time and align on process sequences.

Required profile

• ITE/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Materials Science or related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or R&D.
• Familiarity with clean‑room operations and semiconductor processing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, and basic understanding of process control and data analysis.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (9 am‑6 pm / 4 pm‑11 pm) Monday‑Friday.
