Procurement Executive

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Procurement Executive to support our organization’s procurement operations, contract administration, governance and supplier management in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support procurement governance and operational activities across the full procurement lifecycle.
• Publish performance dashboards covering cost efficiency, supplier performance, compliance and risk.
• Conduct spend analysis and small‑value purchase analysis.
• Generate high‑value contracts for reporting and planning.
• Develop presentation, briefing and training materials on best practices and audit findings.
• Coordinate procurement audits and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain risk registers, RCSA and governance documentation.
• Deliver user briefings and training on GeBIZ, Workday and procurement procedures.
• Administer procurement platforms (GeBIZ, QuickBuy), handling issue escalation and incident management.
• Support supplier performance, risk management and development programmes.
• Manage RFQs, ITQs, direct contracts, purchase orders and contract award documentation.
• Review specifications, justifications and award recommendations before approval.
• Monitor KPIs, payment compliance, open PO, invoice processing and exceptions.
• Provide advisory support on procurement queries and troubleshoot Workday/GeBIZ issues.
• Assist with ad‑hoc procurement projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Supply Chain or Procurement certification or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of procurement governance, risk management and supplier management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GeBIZ procurement platform.
• Experience using Workday for procurement and payment processes.
• Familiarity with QuickBuy system administration.
