Procurement Executive

About the role

Sika (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sika AG and part of the Sika Group, is looking for a Procurement Executive to join its Procurement Team. The role covers cost savings, supplier management, sustainable sourcing, data reporting, purchase orders and inbound management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cost savings initiatives for assigned categories by identifying opportunities, driving sourcing strategies, negotiating with suppliers and tracking savings against targets.
• Manage suppliers across their lifecycle, from onboarding and qualification to performance monitoring, review and continuous improvement.
• Support sustainable procurement by sourcing materials and services that reduce Scope 3 emissions and promote supplier compliance with sustainability requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement data in the ERP system (pricing, incoterms, master data) and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end Purchase Order process, including timely PO creation, supplier coordination and follow-up so deliveries are complete and on time.
• Coordinate with suppliers on quality issues, product returns and credit notes, and ensure invoices match purchase orders with delivery dates kept up to date.
• Assist the Procurement Manager with other tasks as instructed.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain, business management or engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent English (oral and written); Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence suppliers and work with peers.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills (MS Office).
• SAP S4 experience is an advantage.
