Procurement Manager

About the role

Helius Technologies is seeking a Procurement Manager to support technology initiatives across Asia and the Middle East. The role works closely with engineering, delivery leads and business stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant procurement of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide procurement advisory and support for healthcare delivery, patient flow and business initiatives.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned product and service categories.
• Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities including RFQ, RFP, contract renewals and approvals.
• Prepare procurement documents, evaluation reports and approval papers.
• Monitor timelines, ensure compliance with governance policies and drive cost‑saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate procurement, contract and vendor records and support supplier performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement, sourcing, contract management or commercial experience, preferably in ICT or technology procurement.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, contract administration and supplier management practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
