Procurement Officer – FMCG (5‑day work week)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Procurement Officer to join our FMCG team in Singapore. The role involves managing inventory, coordinating deliveries and supporting warehouse operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit weekly inventory reports and forecasts to the Managing Director.
• Coordinate with forwarders, track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to guarantee proper storage and handling.
• Manage store transfers and stock adjustments as required.
• Undertake ad‑hoc projects and additional responsibilities as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in any discipline; Supply Chain Management background is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of procurement or logistics experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong customer focus, detail‑orientation and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
• Capability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.
• Planning and inventory forecasting abilities.
