Job description
Key responsibilities
- Prepare & submit weekly inventory report & forecast to MD.
- Coordinate with forwarder, track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
- Manage store transfer and stock adjustment effectively upon request.
- Handle other ad‑hoc projects or responsibilities as required.
Required profile
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline; Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
- At least 2 years’ procurement or logistics experience, with 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Experience in service/order fulfilment.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Good communication and customer‑focused attitude.
- Detail‑oriented, adaptable and able to cope with a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
