Producer – Video & Audio Production

About the role

SPH Media’s STUDIO+65 is looking for a Producer to lead and manage video, audio and branded productions across studio and location‑based environments. You will own projects from concept through delivery, ensuring they meet editorial, commercial and visual storytelling standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end productions, translating briefs into detailed production plans and managing timelines, budgets and resources.
• Act as the primary point‑of‑contact for Newsrooms, Marketing, Corporate teams and external partners, coordinating talent, guests, contributors and vendors.
• Develop comprehensive production budgets, monitor financial discipline and handle budget revisions in response to scope changes.
• Oversee studio scheduling, crew allocation and facility utilisation, identifying and mitigating resourcing constraints.
• Facilitate alignment across editorial, creative, technical and post‑production teams to ensure seamless workflow.

Required profile

• Degree in Media, Communications, Film, Broadcast Production or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in studio, broadcast, digital or integrated production environments.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑budget projects on time and within scope.

Required skills

• Strong budgeting and financial management capabilities.
• Experience with studio scheduling and resource planning.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain clear communication.
• Knowledge of end‑to‑end production processes for video, audio and branded content.
