Product Designer - AI-Powered Digital Inspection Solutions

About the role

Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, is hiring a Product Designer in Singapore to support its AI-powered digital inspection solutions. You will lead the end-to-end product design of software that improves engine inspection, reporting and customer experience across the global aftermarket network. The role reports directly to the Product Manager and works closely with Engineering, Data Science and business stakeholders. It is a hybrid position.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse user behaviour and product analytics (e.g. PostHog, Google Analytics) to find ways to improve usability and customer experience.
• Turn user insights into wireframes, mock-ups, high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma and AI-assisted design tools.
• Develop, maintain and enhance the enterprise design system for consistency and scalability.
• Work with software engineers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff.
• Run user interviews, usability testing and customer engagement to validate product decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Improve products iteratively, using data-driven decisions and Agile practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in SaaS Product Design, UX/UI Design or a related field.
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile product development environments.
• Preferred: enterprise or aviation software design experience, AI-assisted design tools, knowledge of design systems and accessibility, and experience with globally distributed teams.
