Product Designer (UX/UI)

About the role

Base360.ai is looking for an ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to transform complex short‑term rental operations into simple, beautiful experiences. You will work directly with the founders and engineers, shaping every touchpoint from the website to daily workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own design from problem definition through prototypes, final interfaces and implementation reviews.
• Speak with operators and internal teams to understand workflows and pain points.
• Turn complex requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes and polished interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to deliver designs that consider real data, edge cases and technical constraints.
• Test ideas early, incorporate feedback and iterate post‑launch.
• Use AI tools to accelerate exploration while maintaining high design standards.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and visual design excellence.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards or applications with complex workflows.
• Ability to simplify complex information without hiding needed details.
• Clear communication skills and willingness to take ownership in an evolving environment.

Required skills

• Figma (auto‑layout, components, design systems, interactive prototyping).
