Product Implementation Manager (1 Year Contract) - Insurance

About the role

A leading financial services and insurance organisation with a strong presence across Asia is looking for an experienced Product Implementation Manager for a 1-year, extendable contract. The role leads the implementation and governance of product-related changes while keeping product development and customer outcomes on track during a major transformation programme. It is based in Singapore and can be done from home or hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of product-related transformation initiatives and business change programmes.
• Manage product documentation, customer communications and digital content updates across multiple channels.
• Develop implementation roadmaps, impact assessments and delivery plans to support programme milestones.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Marketing and other stakeholders to secure approvals and maintain governance standards.
• Drive operational readiness, stakeholder communications and training support for business teams.
• Support ongoing product enhancements and new product launches alongside business-as-usual work.
• Contribute to product reviews, governance activities and post-implementation assessments.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, product implementation, product development or business transformation within financial services or insurance.

What we offer

• Salary of SG$9,000 to SG$10,000 per month (SG$108,000 to SG$120,000 per year).
