Product Intern

About the role

AIKIT, a food‑technology company based in Shanghai, is looking for a Product Intern in Singapore to support the improvement of internal systems and operational tools such as CRM, partner portal, ERP, and workflow automation. The role will involve translating business problems into clear product requirements and helping deliver testable releases.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and clarify business requirements from operations, customer support, business development, and engineering teams.
• Prepare simple product requirement documents (PRDs), user flows, field definitions, and acceptance criteria.
• Track feature development, support QA, testing, acceptance, and post‑launch feedback.
• Organise product issues related to CRM lead/task flows, partner portal tickets, support routing, and admin tool enhancements.
• Leverage AI tools to summarise meetings, draft PRDs, analyse feedback and create test cases.
• Maintain product documentation and user guides.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Product, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
• Strong logical thinking and ability to break complex problems into simple steps.
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Interest in B2B products, internal systems and operational efficiency tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with tools such as Lark, Excel, Figma, Notion and ChatGPT.
• Basic SQL, data analysis or prototyping abilities.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Codex, Claude, ChatGPT) for real tasks.
