Product Lead – AI‑Powered Engagement Platform

About the role

The Lead of Xplore is responsible for building, scaling, and operating Circles’ next‑generation AI‑powered engagement platform across multiple international markets. This role owns the product vision, go‑to‑market coordination, roadmap, cross‑functional execution, and client success.

Key responsibilities

• Define long‑term vision and strategic direction for Xplore as a global AI‑powered engagement platform and drive multi‑country expansion.
• Serve as product owner for Xplore modules (Engage, AI, IQ), overseeing the full product lifecycle from design to post‑launch optimisation.
• Lead executive relationships with key accounts, ensuring alignment and strategic collaboration across client and Circles teams.
• Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary team of product managers, engineers, analysts, QA and designers, fostering a culture of speed, ownership and quality.
• Manage complex multi‑market launches, building processes for change management, incident escalation and technical troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end digital product organisations or businesses, preferably in telco, AI, fintech or platform ecosystems.
• Strong product, engineering and data fluency, able to guide technical teams and make architecture‑level decisions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across C‑level, technical and cross‑cultural teams.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver in high‑pressure, multi‑market environments.
• Track record of building and scaling products from 0 → 1 → N.

Required skills

• Experience with AI agents, large language model (LLM) product ecosystems or applied AI/ML features.
• Familiarity with telco engagement systems, CRM, gamification or token ecosystems.
• Prior leadership experience in a startup, scale‑up or incubation environment.
