Product Management Senior Analyst (Assistant Vice President)

About the role

Citi Global Wealth (CGW), a division of Citi focused on clients across the entire wealth spectrum, is hiring a Product Management Senior Analyst in Singapore. This is an intermediate-level position responsible for developing product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team, with the aim of promoting products to develop new markets, increase market share and secure a competitive position.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and analysing strategic product roadmaps, enhancements, product launches and product marketing, and review surveys and analyse competitive industry landscapes to identify trends, threats and opportunities.
• Take part in day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience and client communication strategies, helping the team prioritise, negotiate and remove obstacles.
• Help execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies and competitive differentiation.
• Provide informal guidance or on-the-job training to new team members.
• Oversee client and competitor market research, develop the product innovation roadmap and help product managers address product commoditisation.
• Contribute to acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance and expense management goals, and oversee business plan opportunities and gaps.
• Implement team procedures, resolve client problems and manage clients.
• Assess risk in business decisions, uphold compliance with laws, rules and regulations, follow policy, act ethically and escalate control issues.

Required profile

• 5-8 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work unsupervised, adjust priorities quickly, work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development and/or analytics.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
