Product Manager, Digital Literacy

About the role

NTUC LearningHub is seeking a Product Manager to lead its Digital Literacy portfolio. You will shape strategy, drive growth, and ensure the portfolio meets evolving workforce skill demands in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio strategies based on market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
• Manage the full lifecycle of learning programmes, from launch to enhancement and retirement.
• Monitor emerging workplace technologies and digital skill trends, including AI.
• Own portfolio revenue, profitability, and growth targets; prepare budgets, forecasts and business plans.
• Analyse performance data and implement improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry partners, content providers and government agencies.
• Identify funding opportunities and align with workforce development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Training teams to ensure successful programme delivery and strong learner outcomes.

Required profile

• Degree in Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning portfolio, programme or curriculum management.
• Product management experience with P&L and go‑to‑market responsibility.
• Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to manage business performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Passion for adult learning, workforce development and digital skills transformation.
• Experience in the training, education or CET sector is a plus.
