Product Manager – Digital Products & Platforms (1 year contract)

About the role

Our client, a Singapore statutory authority responsible for regulatory and business registration functions, is looking for a Product Manager to lead the design, delivery and operation of digital services. The role covers the full product lifecycle – from strategy and user‑experience design to ongoing platform maintenance – in a mission‑critical, high‑performing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision, mission and go‑to‑market strategy together with product owners and business partners.
• Design, test and iterate user journeys for new digital products while ensuring operational excellence for live platforms.
• Manage product budgets, workplans and procurement of software, hardware and professional services.
• Leverage user research, analytics and operational data to make insight‑driven product decisions and measurable improvements.
• Ensure products meet quality, performance and compliance standards throughout the lifecycle, coordinating with technical and governance teams.
• Translate product strategy into actionable technical plans and coordinate delivery across marketing, legal, finance and engineering.
• Drive user adoption of new features and oversee maintenance schedules, incident response and service level agreements.
• Run structured stakeholder engagements, track deliverables and manage governance requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of product management, IT business analysis or application solution design experience, with at least 3 years working directly with engineers, designers and product managers.
• Proven experience managing both product development and live operational maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience in regulated or government environments is a plus.
