Product Manager, Digital Supply Chain

About the role

ResMed is seeking a Product Manager, Digital Supply Chain in Singapore to shape, deliver and continuously improve an assigned digital supply chain capability. As the business-facing product lead, the role connects process, technology and data to deliver scalable solutions and measurable business value, owning the product vision, roadmap, priorities and outcomes across operational, process and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product vision, roadmap and priorities, and define KPIs monitored with Value Stream or Global Process Owners
• Lead product discovery with users, process owners and subject matter experts, and provide direction on future-state process design
• Translate business needs into requirements, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, and own and prioritise the product backlog
• Partner with program and project managers, business analysts, architects, delivery teams, vendors and system integrators to deliver capabilities through build, configuration, testing, deployment and stabilisation
• Manage product dependencies, defect prioritisation and business acceptance
• Drive adoption and value realisation, manage releases, enhancements, technical debt and continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, cybersecurity and data governance requirements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, information technology, business or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, manufacturing, maintenance, logistics, digital transformation or enterprise technology delivery
• Demonstrated experience independently managing a digital product or enterprise capability through discovery, delivery, adoption and continuous improvement
• Experience acting as the business-facing product lead and representing operational priorities in technology and solution-design decisions
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across functions or sites and partnering with operational teams, vendors and system integrators

Preferred

• Direct experience with enterprise platforms such as MES/MOM, WMS/WES, CMMS/EAM or ERP and their integration with automation, IoT, mobile solutions or data and analytics platforms
• Experience supporting multi-site deployments, global templates or process standardisation, and regulated or quality-controlled industries
• Experience managing software vendors, system integrators or strategic technology partners
