Product Manager – Monetization Strategy

About the role

As a Product Manager for Monetization Strategy at Plaud, you will shape the pricing, entitlement and usage‑based charging models that drive revenue across global markets. You will work closely with AI product, billing and engineering teams to ensure commercial rules are coherent, data‑driven and aligned with user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously refine Plaud's pricing and entitlement framework, managing subscription tiers, add‑on pricing and promotional impacts.
• Develop and iterate usage‑based charging strategies to balance user willingness to pay with gross margin.
• Build quantitative models to forecast usage, conversion, renewal and revenue scenarios, surfacing key assumptions for decision‑making.
• Drive cross‑functional delivery by aligning metering definitions, data requirements and rule configurations with engineering and AI product teams.
• Validate strategy performance using data analysis, user feedback and experiments, and iterate rules that are not behaving as intended.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning pricing, billing or monetisation strategy for a product, with a focus on rule design and outcome validation.
• Strong quantitative reasoning and ability to build, stress‑test and defend data‑driven models.
• Ability to translate complex strategy into clear product requirements and collaborate with engineering, design and business partners.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
