Product Manager (Video Enterprise Platform)

About the role

ST Engineering’s Advanced Networks & Sensors business is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Video Enterprise Platform. You will own the product end‑to‑end, driving strategy, delivery and user adoption across defence, public security and commercial markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth competitive analysis to uncover product gaps and strategic opportunities.
• Define go‑to‑market strategies, product strategy, story maps and clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning and work with development teams to execute the roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to implement plans, run workshops, demos and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Drive user adoption and growth through feature expansion, engagement initiatives and financially sustainable usage.
• Represent the product in public‑speaking engagements to raise awareness and attract new users.
• Manage the product P&L, identifying revenue‑growth and profitability opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex technology products, preferably in video, communications or AI‑enabled edge solutions.
• Ability to own outcomes, influence product direction and work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on market and financial performance.
