About the role

PayPal is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join its Singapore team. The role acts as a sophisticated thought partner, using specialised expertise to identify issues, recommend best practices and drive product‑marketing initiatives across the business.

Key responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for PayPal products.
Identify and recommend best practices for marketing processes and initiatives.
Analyse business trends to inform marketing decisions and strategy.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive marketing projects and programmes.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required profile

Demonstrated ability to act as a thought partner and influence marketing direction.
Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting business trends.
Proven track record of leading functional projects and programmes within a marketing function.
Experience contributing to process improvements and best‑practice recommendations.
