Product Solutions Manager – APJ Region

Optro is seeking a Product Solutions Manager for the Asia‑Pacific (APJ) region. The role will act as a product expert on Optro’s AI‑powered GRC Intelligence Platform, helping clients across Southeast Asia, ANZ and Japan navigate internal audit, risk advisory and compliance challenges. You will engage C‑level prospects, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and provide thought leadership on regional compliance trends.

Key responsibilities include understanding complex client environments—from pre‑IPO scale‑ups to large‑cap enterprises—relating how Optro’s platform can address their risk and control needs, driving business development opportunities to closure, participating in executive meetings, mentoring internal resources, and representing Optro at networking events and conferences.

The ideal candidate has 5‑9 years of experience in Big‑4 consulting, internal audit, compliance or risk management, with deep knowledge of internal audit methodology and internal controls. Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CPA or CABS are preferred, as is fluency in English and an additional APAC language (Mandarin or Japanese).

Required technical knowledge includes familiarity with compliance frameworks such as COBIT, SOC, COSO, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, HITRUST and NIST. Strong analytical, diagnostic and project‑management skills are essential.
