Production Executive

About the role

Unearthed Productions is a Singapore‑based event production company delivering live events and brand experiences. We are looking for a Production Executive to coordinate end‑to‑end production and AV delivery from planning through on‑site execution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver live events, activations and AV services.
• Scope client production and AV requirements, prepare quotations and conduct post‑event reviews.
• Coordinate contractors, venues and suppliers for AV, staging, fabrication and logistics.
• Maintain project schedules, production drawings, risk assessments and required permits.
• Lead on‑site setup, rehearsals, live delivery and teardown with focus on safety and quality.
• Track production budgets, equipment inventory, rentals and purchases.
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues during live events.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience delivering live events or activations from planning through execution.
• Working knowledge of AV, staging, site production, logistics and event safety.
• Strong project coordination, supplier management, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working evenings or weekends when event schedules require it.
• Willing and able to work on‑site in Singapore.
