Production Executive

About the role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Production Executive to coordinate video and photography shoots from pre‑production through to final delivery. The role works closely with merchants, cast members, freelance videographers, photographers and editors to ensure each production runs smoothly, stays on schedule and meets creative and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shoot dates with merchants, confirming availability, locations and specific requirements.
• Source, engage and brief freelance videographers and photographers on scope, creative brief, deliverables and timelines.
• Arrange cast members, manage call times, wardrobe needs and shoot briefings.
• Prepare and circulate daily shoot schedules and call sheets with contact details, scene breakdowns and estimated durations.
• Manage on‑site shoot schedule, ensure adherence to storyboard and shot list, and resolve logistical issues.
• Oversee capture of all required scenes, flag missing footage or quality concerns.
• Coordinate freelance video editors, provide editing briefs, track progress and manage feedback cycles.
• Review final video drafts for compliance with storyboard, brand guidelines and production standards.
• Handle freelancer invoicing with Finance and maintain organised records of production files and assets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in production coordination, video production or related content creation.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with capacity to handle multiple shoots.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills for working with merchants, cast, freelancers and internal teams.
• Understanding of storyboards, shoot schedules and video production/editing workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to assess content against briefs and quality standards.
• Proactive, resourceful problem‑solver comfortable with last‑minute changes.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider production team.
