Production Operator

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, safety‑focused Production Operator to support daily chemical manufacturing operations. You will join a skilled operations team that runs production equipment, monitors processes, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate reactors, mixers, pumps and other production machinery safely according to SOPs.
• Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure and flow rates to maintain stable production.
• Perform in‑process checks, take samples and conduct basic quality tests, reporting any deviations.
• Load and unload raw materials, transfer batches and package finished goods.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to housekeeping standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required.
