Production Operator & QC Inspector

About the role

Join a precision manufacturing team in Singapore as a Production Operator cum QC Inspector. You will operate rotary and semi‑automated machines, perform die‑cutting, and ensure product quality from setup to final shipment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and feed flexible materials into rotary and semi‑automated precision machines in a clean, air‑conditioned environment.
• Perform cutting of flexible materials according to engineering drawings and demand requirements.
• Execute QC and secondary activities throughout the production process, including first‑piece checks and final inspections.
• Handle machine issues, tooling changeovers, adjustments, and produce parts meeting unit‑per‑hour, quality, cost, and KPI targets.
• Generate accurate production reports covering time, volumes, scrap, rejections, and abnormalities.
• Pack finished‑goods parts and adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum Secondary School or Technical qualification.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing or machine‑operation experience.
• Ability to operate production machinery independently.
• Experience with die‑cutting using rotary or flatbed machines is advantageous.
• Capability to perform machine setup, tooling changeovers, and basic adjustments.
• Comfort handling tooling up to 10 kg.
• Ability to read simple 2D engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with quality inspection, QC processes, and ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime as required.
