Production Supervisor (12-hour Night Shift, Electronics Manufacturing)

About the role

The Production Supervisor will lead a team of operators and shift leaders on the night shift within an electronics manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, meeting daily production targets, and maintaining high safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a group of operators and team leaders to achieve production goals.
• Execute the daily production schedule while minimizing yield loss.
• Plan and deploy manpower resources effectively for the night shift.
• Enforce discipline, safety protocols, and promote safety awareness on the shop floor.
• Prioritise model runs based on urgent demand and adjust production flow accordingly.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in electronics.
• Strong interpersonal, team‑building and supervisory abilities.
• Excellent communication and report‑writing skills.
• Proactive attitude with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
