Production Support Engineer – LCD Manufacturing (Up to $3.7K + AWS)

About the role

The Production Support Engineer will join the LCD board manufacturing team in Singapore, providing day‑to‑day technical support to ensure production targets, quality standards and efficiency goals are met. This junior‑level position works closely with production and quality teams to troubleshoot equipment, manage maintenance and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality and efficiency targets.
• Troubleshoot equipment, machine and process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and manage critical spare parts inventory.
• Maintain production documentation such as SOPs, checklists and QC flowcharts, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality departments on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive initiatives to improve OEE, yield and overall productivity.
• Plan and execute production line re‑configurations and conduct process re‑validation.
• Support new product introductions and engineering changes.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, or NITEC/Higher NITEC with at least 3 years relevant engineering experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems, equipment maintenance, basic troubleshooting and process improvement is advantageous.
