Production Technician 2

About the role

Join a leading global medical technology company as a Production Technician 2, supporting daily manufacturing operations in a cleanroom or non‑cleanroom environment. You will work on assigned machine or process units, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met while adhering to safety and environmental requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines and process units on permanent day or night shift.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform corrective actions to keep production on schedule.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, servicing, and part replacement.
• Record machine parameters, update MES data, and manage waste, downtime, and shift output.
• Conduct sampling and visual inspections according to quality plans and handle non‑conforming product disposition.
• Support the Team Leader with change projects, material handling, packing/unpacking, and loading/unloading of 10‑20 kg items.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Secondary School, O‑Level, SPM, NITEC or Diploma in any field.
• Legal right to work in Singapore.
• Willingness to work permanent day or night shift and stand for long periods.
• Ability to perform material handling tasks (10‑20 kg).
