Production Technician – Day or Night Shift

About the role

Support daily manufacturing operations, maintenance and troubleshooting at BD's Tuas plant. Choose a permanent day or night shift and enjoy island-wide transport, shift allowances, overtime, meals and other benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Operate assigned machine or process units.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, servicing and part replacement.
• Monitor and record machine/process parameters, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Conduct sampling inspections according to the quality plan and handle non‑conforming products.
• Assist the Team Leader with changes, projects and compliance to EHS, quality, cost and schedule requirements.
• Accurately update MES data including component lot numbers, shift output, waste and downtime.
• Manage material handling activities including packing, unpacking, loading and unloading.
• Perform visual inspections using appropriate tools.

Required profile

• Minimum Secondary School/O Level/SPM/NITEC/Diploma in any field.
• Legal right to work in Singapore.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom or non‑cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work permanent day or night shift and stand for long hours.
