Production Technician – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Production Technician (Technician 1) to join our manufacturing team. You will operate and maintain production equipment, ensure product quality, and support continuous improvement in a safe, GMP‑compliant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines and process units, monitoring parameters and recording data.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures to meet production targets and quality specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, servicing, and part replacement.
• Conduct sampling inspections according to the quality plan and manage non‑conforming product disposition.
• Support the Team Leader with changeovers, material changes, tool/die swaps, and MES data entry.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of work areas to ensure a safe and tidy environment.

Required profile

• Commitment to safety, ISO 14001 environmental standards, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Willingness to report incidents, near‑misses, and deviations promptly.
• Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and company ethics.
