Program Manager

About the role

Lonza is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional projects that connect our customers, patients, and the company. Based in Tuas, Singapore, this office‑first position blends strategic oversight with hands‑on execution, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between Lonza and the customer, guaranteeing alignment with expectations.
• Lead and motivate cross‑functional project teams to meet scope, quality, timeline, and cost objectives.
• Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle through proactive relationship management.
• Ensure compliance with Global Program and Project Center of Excellence (PPMCoE) standards, including data integrity in Planview.
• Drive execution of FDA‑regulated biotech/pharma projects from clinical to commercial manufacturing.

Required profile

• Degree in a Life Sciences‑related field or equivalent commercial experience.
• Proven experience in project planning and management within an FDA‑supervised biotech or pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience in a CDMO setting is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical research and product transition to commercial manufacturing.
• PMP certification is highly desired.
