Programme and Administrative Support Executive (Digital Application)

About the role

Join a fast‑moving project team that manages the day‑to‑day operations of a digital application. You will ensure smooth system functioning, support enhancements, and act as a liaison between technical teams and end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Triaging and reporting incidents, maintaining an incident log.
• Tracking enhancement backlog and preparing regular status reports.
• Coordinating monthly app releases, performing post‑release checks and follow‑ups.
• Supporting requirements documentation, testing new features, and conducting User Acceptance Testing.
• Reporting gaps, tracking issues to resolution, and updating user guides, FAQs and other support materials.
• Raising and following up on IT service requests, monitoring the risk register.
• Maintaining and improving documentation of user flows, policies, SOPs and process manuals.
• Providing secretariat support: meeting arrangements, agenda preparation, minute‑taking and action‑item tracking.
• Delivering day‑to‑day operational and administrative assistance and handling ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher, preferably in an IT‑related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in user acceptance testing, administrative or operations support, preferably within digital solutions.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data reconciliation, pivot tables, basic formulas, reporting).
• Excellent organisational, coordination and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Effective communication and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
