Programme Executive – Youth Mental Health

About the role

The Programme Executive supports the design, coordination and delivery of youth mental health and recovery‑oriented programmes across Singapore. Working closely with the Programme Lead, the role translates programme plans into effective implementation, engaging participants, caregivers, volunteers and community partners.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the conceptualisation, planning and continuous improvement of youth mental health programmes.
• Facilitate or co‑facilitate group work, workshops, youth engagements and community activities using approved materials.
• Manage day‑to‑day implementation, including scheduling, logistics, venue booking and material preparation.
• Handle participant administration – registration, enquiries, attendance tracking, consent documentation and follow‑up.
• Liaise with facilitators, volunteers, schools, vendors and other partners to ensure programme requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate programme records, monitor operational and safeguarding concerns, and gather participant feedback for evaluation.
• Escalate significant risks, incidents or participant concerns to the appropriate supervisor promptly.

Required profile

• Experience or strong interest in youth mental health, community outreach or social services.
• Ability to engage diverse participants, caregivers and volunteers while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in logistics and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination.
