Programme Manager (Novena)

About the role

The Programme Manager will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of the Novena health‑related programme. Based in Singapore, the role reports to senior management and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure participant well‑being and programme impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement programme frameworks and supporting materials.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection and onboarding of participants.
• Oversee day‑to‑day programme operations and maintain participant engagement.
• Organise activities that foster cohesion, appreciation and community building.
• Monitor programme effectiveness, analyse data and drive continuous improvement.
• Support training sessions, psychological first‑aid provision and overall participant well‑being initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide professional support and consultation.
• Assist with related projects and initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology or a related discipline.
• Experience in psychology, counselling, social work, behavioural sciences or programme management is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Competitive salary ranging from SGD 3,880 to SGD 4,816 per month.
