Project Analyst – Global Markets (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Analyst to support our Global Markets Technology & Operations team in Singapore. The role is contract‑based and ideal for candidates with 1‑3 years of project coordination or business analysis experience in financial services or technology.

Key responsibilities

• Track and coordinate Global Markets projects, ensuring compliance with SDM 5.0 governance.
• Prepare and maintain project artefacts such as business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans.
• Assist senior analysts and project managers in monitoring timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Document stakeholder meeting outcomes, action items and follow‑ups.
• Support testing activities (SIT/UAT), including test case preparation, execution tracking and defect management.
• Produce project status updates, dashboards and reports for senior management.
• Help resolve operational issues related to trading platforms, market data and booking processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis or operations within financial services or technology (fresh graduates welcome).
• Basic understanding of Global Markets products and trading systems.
• Familiarity with SDM 5.0 or similar governance frameworks is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
