Project Coordinator – Construction

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our construction team in Woodlands, Singapore. The role involves overseeing architectural works, planning daily activities, and ensuring project milestones are met on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all architectural works, ensuring compliance with approved specifications.
• Organise daily planning, conduct site inspections, and monitor progress.
• Prepare and present weekly progress reports to management.
• Facilitate communication among project managers, staff, consultants, and clients.
• Attend external project meetings and coordinate technical matters with consultants.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to track schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate in Building Construction or a related field.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with project management software (preferred).
