Project Coordinator – Entry Level (No Experience Required)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our team in Orchard, Singapore. This entry-level position offers a permanent contract and on-the-job training for candidates without prior experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily project activities as assigned by the supervisor.
• Follow instructions to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Support project documentation, filing, and basic reporting duties.
• Liaise with team members and facilitate communication between departments.
• Help track project progress and update status as directed.
• Perform basic administrative and coordination tasks for ongoing projects.
• Ensure all tasks follow company procedures and guidelines.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fresh or entry-level candidates are welcome; training will be provided.
