Project Coordinator – Hospital Construction

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support a large‑scale hospital construction project in Singapore. The role involves managing daily project activities, liaising with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of construction tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities and administrative matters for the hospital construction.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to facilitate project execution.
• Organise and document project and site meetings, preparing minutes, reports and schedules.
• Follow up on submissions, approvals, inspections and resolve day‑to‑day coordination issues.
• Maintain accurate records of correspondence, submissions and approvals.
• Support the Project Manager/Director with general coordination and administrative duties.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction or project coordination, preferably on hospital or large‑scale building projects.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
