Project Coordinator – IT (Junior)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator – Information Technology to support the delivery of software, ERP, AI, automation and digital transformation projects. The role works closely with the Project Manager, developers and customers to ensure project activities are documented, scheduled and completed on time. This position is ideal for a highly organised individual who enjoys customer interaction and wants to build a career in IT project management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in managing multiple software and technology projects, maintaining timelines, milestones and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings with customers, developers and stakeholders, preparing agendas, minutes and action items.
• Track outstanding tasks, follow up with responsible parties and highlight delays or risks.
• Communicate with customers on requirements, testing, training and implementation activities.
• Convert meeting discussions and feedback into clear tasks for the development team and verify issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, UAT records, training materials and handover documents.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management or related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong organisational, follow‑up and detail‑oriented skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable interacting directly with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
