Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution and delivery of underground utilities and infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will work closely with engineers, subcontractors and authorities to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and engineers with daily planning, scheduling and coordination of works.
• Monitor progress against timelines, specifications and client requirements, proposing corrective actions when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, consultants and authorities to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with designs, safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as method statements, risk assessments, progress and monthly reports.
• Compile and submit monthly progress claims accurately and on time.
• Support the preparation of project updates and management reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field recognised by the Singapore PEB.
• 1–2 years of relevant local experience in road works or underground utility projects.
• Familiarity with SP Group cable projects and claim submission procedures is preferred.
• Strong organisational, coordination and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and meet project performance expectations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of project management tools.
