About the role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution and monitoring of projects within our organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Determine and assist in project changes.
  • Provide administrative support when required.
  • Undertake project tasks as required.
  • Assist in the development of project strategies alongside management.
  • Ensure projects adhere to necessary frameworks and maintain appropriate documentation.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Manage stakeholder views and align them toward the best solution.
  • Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
  • Adhere to the project management calendar to fulfill each goal and objective.
