Project Delivery Executive – HR Projects (9‑Month Contract)

About the role

This 9‑month contract role supports the rollout of a Time and Attendance system across 12 APAC countries. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will coordinate cut‑over activities, manage hyper‑care support, and ensure a smooth transition to business‑as‑usual operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and track cut‑over plans for country deployments and go‑live activities.
• Coordinate hyper‑care meetings, monitor open issues, and transition support to BAU.
• Log, track, and resolve system incidents, defects, and enhancement requests with vendors and technical teams.
• Analyse tickets and deployment data, maintain an APAC‑wide KPI dashboard, and produce compliance and governance reports.
• Support planning and execution of device firmware upgrades across APAC locations.
• Monitor Internal Control System (ICS) requirements and coordinate with country representatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree with 3–5 years of experience in HR project implementation or system rollout.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑country projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
