Project Delivery Manager

About the role

OCBC, Singapore's oldest bank, is looking for a Project Delivery Manager to lead high-impact projects that transform how financial services are delivered to customers. The role suits someone who wants to drive change and innovation in the banking industry through project management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
• Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans and risk management plans
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope and identify deliverables
• Coordinate project teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful execution
• Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks and implement corrective actions

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in banking or financial services
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget and to the required quality
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Agile and adaptable, able to handle ambiguity and change

Required skills

• Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile
• Project planning, resource allocation and risk management
