Project Deployment Engineer (Assistant/Engineer)

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end deployment of network infrastructure supporting Government Bulk Tender, enterprise customers and ongoing business‑as‑usual activities.
• Pre‑configure and stage network equipment before field installation.
• On‑site installation and commissioning of ONTs, routers, firewalls, switches and wireless APs, followed by User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during implementation.
• Provide technical insights and advice to project management and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as UAT reports, site acquisition and survey reports, and network diagrams.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering/IT or CCNA/CCNP certification.
• Additional certifications in Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet or Juniper are a plus.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in WAN/LAN/WLAN deployments and network troubleshooting.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet routing and switching.
• Customer‑facing implementation activities and site survey/network design experience.
• Familiarity with fibre, cross‑connect or data‑centre connectivity.
• Good customer communication skills and ability to work after‑hours for implementation windows and standby support.
